Langley School District is hosting two exciting events this year with the support of our Langley Primary Teachers' Association.
The first event will take place on January 14, 2015 and is being called the Primary Palooza. The organization of this event is based on the "edcamp" style where participants choose what they want to discuss. The school hosting is James Hill and it will run from 4:00 to 7:00. For members of the LPTA the cost is $5.00 for snacks. Dinner is included. For out of district people the cost will be $15.00 (money will be collected at the door). We are looking forward to a big turn out with lots of deep discussion and sharing of ideas.
The second event will take place on April 22, 2015 from 4:00 to 7:00 at RC Garnett. Faye Brownlie will be presenting to primary teachers around literacy. Again, the event is being sponsored by the LPTA and is free of charge for those LPTA members. There will be a small charge for out of district participants.
We are looking forward to both events!

Super exciting events. I have also attended such event in NYC and that was one of most super cool NYC events. I paid there a very small charge for entering in the event. I am looking forward for such more events.
